Meet the Team
Mollie is an Ontario Registered Physiotherapist. She has a special interest in strength training and has spent time working as a Personal Trainer. She has also completed additional training and research into vestibular and balance rehabilitation. She has passion for working with older adults, helping them to maximize their function and improve their quality of life following illness or injury.
Mollie grew up in Co. Tipperary in Ireland and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Limerick. From here, she moved to the UK to complete her Masters degree in Physiotherapy at University of Birmingham. Following her degree, Mollie worked for the NHS as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. This involved assessing, diagnosing and managing injuries and dysfunction of the musculoskeletal system. She also spent time working as a Senior Physiotherapist at an orthopedic hospital, focusing on helping people recover from surgery or injury.
Looking to switch up her career, Mollie moved to Ontario and started Physipod with Kelsey. When not in the gym herself, Mollie can be found exploring the great outdoors, and playing with her puppy Billy.

Kelsey was born and raised in Niagara. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences at University of Ottawa in 2017. Later that year, she moved to England to begin her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at University of Birmingham.
Kelsey has always had a passion for working with an older population and shortly after graduating in 2019, she took a job at an orthopedic hospital as a physiotherapist. In that role, she worked mostly with older patients of variable fitness levels that required conservative management of joint pain or rehabilitation following joint replacement surgeries. Kelsey has a specific interest in empowering patients to feel competent in self-management of complex or chronic pain. To that end, she completed additional training regarding chronic back pain in 2022.
In May 2022, Kelsey moved home and started Physipod with Mollie, where she currently enjoys offering personal training and leading exercise classes.
