Our STRONG Bones Physiotherapy Program is designed specifically for adults looking to improve bone density, build strength, and move with confidence. Led by a registered physiotherapist, this structured program provides safe, progressive exercises tailored to your individual needs—helping you take control of your bone health for the long term.

STRONG Bones is an individualized, exercise-based physiotherapy program designed for people with osteoporosis or osteopenia. It is guided by evidence-based protocols, including principles from the LIFTMOR¹ program, to safely improve bone strength, function, and confidence.

The program begins with a comprehensive assessment and includes ongoing progression and reassessment to ensure exercises remain appropriate and effective.

Sessions are delivered by a Registered Physiotherapist and may be eligible for reimbursement under physiotherapy benefits, depending on your individual plan.

This is a structured 12-week program designed to help you build strength and develop the skills to manage your bone health long-term.
