CLASS SCHEDULE

Fitness with Physipod

This is an exercise class for adults aged 50+. The class is designed to improve your strength and balance. Some exercises may require you to get on and off the floor. Exercise modifications can be made to cater for varying fitness and ability levels.

Weekdays 10am (60 minutes)

This all-levels yoga class guides participants through a sequence of poses designed to improve mobility, build strength, and enhance balance through mindful movement and breath awareness.

Mat Yoga

Wednesdays 2pm (50 minutes)

This modified yoga class incorporates both a chair and mat to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to improve strength, balance, and confidence.

Chair Yoga

Wednesdays 1pm (50 minutes)
