Fitness with Physipod

This is an exercise class for adults aged 50+. The class is designed to improve your strength and balance. Some exercises may require you to get on and off the floor. Exercise modifications can be made to cater for varying fitness and ability levels.

This class is designed to fit the needs of participants that are concerned about balance, mobility, and falls. Exercises will be chair-based and focus on improving strength and balance. You are not expected to be able to get on/off the floor.

Strong and Steady

Tuesday and Thursday 2pm (60 minutes)

This is a high-intensity, full-body workout class that will challenge your muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. You must be able to confidently get on and off the floor.

Physisweat

Monday & Friday 11.15 (45 minutes)

This all-levels yoga class guides participants through a sequence of poses designed to improve mobility, build strength, and enhance balance through mindful movement and breath awareness.

Mat Yoga

Wednesdays 11am (50 minutes)

This modified yoga class incorporates both a chair and mat to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to improve strength, balance, and confidence.
